Posting ser number pics?
I know this subject has been beat to death but I have a 1675 gilt dial/hands watch that I really need some help from you guys to identify.
I think I need to include ser number pics but I see that some of you blot out part of the number. I don't feel like learning photoshop right now and I can post a pic of the ser number. What's the danger of showing the complete number, and the movement numbers along with the dial etc...? Bill |

Personally, I don't think it matters, particularly on vintage, but others will not do it.
For your question on hands/dial, you really don't need a serial number picture, just put the first three or four digits in the text, and use x for the rest, like this.... 1,43x,xxx.
