I recently had a transaction with Robert. My first on this forum. I made sure to do my diligent research and thoroughly checked his references not only on this forum but through several other sites. Buying the seller was my most important priority as I knew the watch would be secondary to this.

I only spent 5 minutes on the phone with Robert to confirm my research and feel comfortable with moving forward with the transaction.

Along the way there were some additional questions I had and to alleviate my concerns he personally called me late at night. I know there are many customers that the sellers deal with and Robert made me feel like I was his number one customer. Giving me that extra special attention by going out of his way.

My watch arrived the following day, double wrapped and triple boxed shining with a sparkle that would illuminate a room in the dark.
