This is an example made in the third quarter of 1959. It is stamped III 59 on the inner back, with 5512 being legible both on the inner back and between the lugs. The serial number is 6XX XXX. The bracelet is a more recent flip lock with the flip lock part broken, and the box is newer vintage also. The movement is a very clean 1530, and the dial, unfortunately, has been refinished. Since I recently saw a 5513 with a gilt non-closed minute track dial sell for $15,500.00 U.S., and one guy claimed he would have gone as high as $18,000.00 U.S. had it been in nicer shape, I think my asking price, dial notwithstanding, is quite fair.
