Identify a ladies gold Rolex

Mum's decided to see some of her jewellery and some watches and we came across a Gold Rolex. We think it's circa 1950's but we can't seem to find out what model it is so we can tell how much it would be worth.

We'd really appreciate any thoughts from the forum?

It's 9ct gold with Precision stamped on the dial.

Many thanks in advance?

pop the caseback off so we can see the movement. it will allow for a quicker and easier authentication. from your pics however, the watch looks genuine.
