Ordering new warranty card

What is the best way going about this?

Any Experience?

Also, what is the cost?

Rolex will not re-issue a warranty card if lost, if you need any work done in the two year warranty go through the #AD where bought your watch with your original purchase paper.

I believe that RSC will also issue service papers after any service.

An AD can only get new warranty cards on a exchange basis.

A service card you can get if you send it for service at RSC

Yep, service only from what I understand. You might consider making a file for your Rolex documents in your file cabinet. I keep a copy of my receipts, paperwork, warranty info etc in a file so I can easily prove ownership. I even print out email correspondence if I purchase from a TD and store it as well.

So...when you buy a new/used watch that comes with a named and dated warranty card, how do you use it? do you get it switched/changed/noted?

As you can tell, I don't know. I'm looking at a used watch and want to know what my options are and how to handle certain things.

The warranty is only valid for two years from date of sale and dealer stamped, in the UK you should not have any problem using the warranty if needed, but USA sometimes can be different.Rolex do not need to know any owner details only thats it a valid current warranty that has been dated and stamped by a AD.

are you sure its necessary? it doesn't matter what language it is, does not affect the value of the watch at all

All the older type warranty papers were like that except for those bought in the USA they were in English.Rolex USA is a separate company from the Swiss parent company, if watch was sourced from the rest of the world warranty paper will be in french except Japan which in in there language. And if your warranty has expired well now its just a bit of paper, and today never rely on the warranty paper to confirm authenticity as these are the easiest to fake.
