Insert popped out. In need of a watchmaker in the Philly area please!
Guys,
A buddy of mine recently had the insert pop out of the bezel on his MF 5513. Can someone recommend a watchmaker in the Phillie area(he is in the NJ side) who can help him pop it back in? Thank you in advance on any leads here! Best, Fred |

I just replaced my bezel insert, I watched several YouTube videos and followed the instructions. It was pretty easy.
Try it before you pay somebody to do it for you. |

Word of warning on those old Sub inserts: Sure, sometimes it can be a piece of cake to get 'em back in, and other times it can be a nightmare. (I know from painful (physical and emotional) experience.) There's such little tolerance, any slight bend of the insert or of the bezel itself, can make it a challenge. Six months later, my thumbs still hurt. And vintage parts get bent, tweeked over time, of course. If you run into any trouble, I say seek out a watchmaker. Good luck!
