waterproof strap suggestions

Hi
I am heading on a short holiday later this week, and inspired by other's trips to Disney Land I am thinking of taking my Pam312.

I have several straps now including the official rubber strap and a Micah canvas strap.

wondering if others have found the canvas is good for swimming?
Wondering in general what others suggest for waterproof straps?

Thanks everyone

the only truly "waterproof" strap is a rubber one. others can be water resistant, though. for instance, greg (GSD) told me many great things about his olivio strap (not that i've tested it in water yet , but it's good to know i can take it in water if i want).

here are some pix in different lighting (mine is from the original stock of leather, his current version is slightly different). the stitching is old gold.

I've got 3 straps from heroic18, one of them is waterproof. Haven't got the guts to put it into water. Btw sorry for the pic. Took from my phone.

Hi Jeremy,

I'm planning to get that strap from him when I go back to Indonesia end of his month. I'll keep you posted

Jeremy,

Have a look at the PAV 99 from Mario Paci. It is a very good quality waterproof strap!

Mario Paci PAV 98 Kodiak waterproof strap on my 312. It looks good, feels great & plays well with water.

The GSD Olivo strap was my all time favorite. Until I got the GSD dark green. Both are awesome straps.
