Sounds like a good plan!

It apart becomes addictive... ;)

I check mine every morning and seeing that it is still perfect makes me smile every time.

I think thats the great thing about nice watches, you get to enjoy them every time you look at your wrist. Not many things can you have so close by 24/7

Great watch.

How about the size of the minute hand (too big), colour of the second hour hand and writing of "Explorer II" (orange).

I lived with this watch for a couple of weeks, and while the quality is an upgrade on the previous model (esp re bracelet obviously) I just thought that it lacked the same classy looks typical of current and previous other models.

Not the Central Chidlom Branch but I did look there. There are 12 AD's in Bangkok and I went into every one of them. The pricing and explanation on discounts etc. was almost word for word the same in every store. Either Rolex has a tight leash on pricing or price fixing is very much alive and well in BKK haha. Some of them I wouldn't have bought from anyway having met them and talked to them.

Congrats

THE perfect everyday wear work / leisure Rolex watch IMHO.

Even though I have purchased a Milgauss after my Expl. 2 Polar, I find I am leaning towards wearing the Expl. 2 more often than I thought
