And I have a hard time finding the appeal of yellow gold. I would always prefer white, rose or plain stainless.

So I guess things even out.

Starting reading this thread this AM on my I Phone and am finally finishing tonight! Mike-- was waiting for you to bust out the 116718 as I knew you had a YG model to compliment your WG (i think you have others as well ). Here's a pic for everyone's pleasure. The WG blue Sub... one day!

Been thinking about black insert and dial for the WG sub.

Regards.
buy a Sub C and a WG blue and then swap the dials! That would be sweet!

I agree and especially in today's economy. YG/RG is just too flashy given the hard times many are undergoing.

I prefer white gold as it is understated. Wearing a full yellow piece can come over a bit strong in certain settings. Being able to wear my WG sub in all circumstances is great, especially for work, whereas the YG GMT looks fantastic on an evening out for dinner as it has the bling you could wish for. White gold can be worn with casual wardrobes too more easily than YG. I prefer WG over YG if I am honest... Either choice though is a knockout watch. Not too keen on RG as I think it maybe a Fad that phases!
