It is an original 16803 Sub transit 9million serial...the dial is not spider..just
a cracked dial from the hot Aussie sun...Price (?)...he has high hopes with his AUS 6600 price.... this is at best 4500 AUS dollar watch I just sold to a guy from Oslo Norway - also at ebay - a superb Rolex Sub 16613 w black dial (just back from a full service) for $4800 US |

Spider dial is sellers point of view ... for the buyer it is only a cracked dial Things are always appreciated in one way or the other depending you are selling or buying . |

spider dial but a lot more distinct than the dial in question. A spider dial has value when the cracks are much smaller... present in the entire dial and indeed create the illusion of a spider's net or close to it. In this sub... there are a few long cracks with exposed metal - no spider net here |

I have personally held a 5513 with a real spider dial . It has a certain charm and has nothing to do with what we see here . Not that I would pay extra for a spider dial myself . |

Not a spider dial. Just a TT sub that needs a very good service.
I think the seller is dreaming on the price as well. LOL
