Tudor Lady-Sub is so darn cute!
I just received a mint condition Tudor Lady-Sub I purchased from a collector. The watch looks much smaller than I thought. It's so miniscule compared to the full size Submariner. It's like an infant, and I was handling it like one too.
The watch came complete with box and papers. I understand it's a rare piece, and I think it's even rarer in the condition it's in. I got it at a very good price and I am quite pleased I can't wait to give it to my wife later today. |

I'm sure your wife will love it. My wife cherishes her Prince date.
Well done, dP

My sister wore a mini for awhile before she upsized.
I thought that one was tiny, but the lady is even smaller. She will love it no doubt. |

Excellent choice. Would be nice if Tudor brought back the sub & the mini sub line.

Tudor made Subs in 4 sizes. Full, Midi, Mini, and lady. Or 40, 38, 35mm and of course your Lady Sub. So cool!

Congrats... looks like it's in really nice condition.
Am curious what you paid. We have a few mini-subs in Hong Kong, but have never seen the Lady-Sub here.

Hello Nowzen,
I paid CAD$1100 shipped for it. It was from a Canadian watch collector/flipper. It was his wife's watch that she had for about 10 years but rarely worn. The watch is dated around 1992 or so and has never had service. It is currently losing about 1.5min per day. I will have to send it in for service soon. |

Hi kdub....
You might want to bring it in to Norbert Zerbes, the German Watcbmaker in Yaletown...he did a great service job on my (never b4 serviced) Tudor...for a reasonable price. It keeps better time now than my newer TT DJ......

Thank you Jatco..
yeah I was thinking of taking it to Norbert or Otto Fiedl in Hotel Vancouver. I have neither used their services before. I have only heard about them. How much did Norbert charge for your Tudor service if you don't mind me asking |

Not at all. Norbert charged only $200. for full service...and was completed in a week. He'll do follow-up regulations if needed..
He's been a watchmaker for over 30+ years....

Oh wow $200 is definitely affordable. I thought it may be $400-500 considering the watch was never serviced before.
thanks for the advise |

I agree. ..
My Tudor ( c.1997-98) was never serviced before either...tho' the seller thought it was. When Norbert opened it up..he saw no 'traditional' markings of 'service', hense the need to bring it up to date..! I just checked my Tudor against NRC time..(as a 'standard') - and its pretty close to acceptable standards...for a mechanical watch..IMO..
