How to replace a s/s band with a leather band?
I know this must have been done to death but I was wondering if there is a tutorial for changing my metal band to a leather band . My 14060 has lug holes. Do I need any special tools? I want to put a Hirsch curved end band on.
Thanks Knoffie |

All you need is a paper clip or a toothpick.

I dug this one up on a search today. I bought a set of curved-end Hirsch straps for my II-C. No matter how many ways I orient the offset inserts, or how hard I struggle, I cannot get both ends of the spring pin to lock into the lugs. Is there just no way?
