Black lume surrounds on white explorer II

Does anyone know what is the black finish on the hands and lume surrounds on the white face explorer II? I assume its white gold that's had some kind of black finish applied, but any ideas what it is?

cheers

The index surrounds and the hands is bad painter WG.

Even the wasps crying when they see the paintwork.

No, but Jocke's Explorer II has simply been as dirty as his DJ 1601, but he forgot to wash the hands.
