Thanks for all you guys comments. im trying to build a small collection. now i just have to find a watch winder cause im scared of setting the time incorrectly and breaking the watch which can be very costly

A winder is cool. I was the same way (apprehensive about touching the crown) and what I did is took my time unscrewing and adjusting. After a few times you'll get the feel for it and do it in a snap/breeze. Once you get the hang of it you'll be set. I actually enjoy winding my watch weekly, I get to listen to the soul tick and click away.
