Dial for datejust

Hi everyone! I am looking for a new dial for my first rolex, a 16030 ss datejust white roman dial dated 1980- see picture below.
It's not actualy visible in this photo but the marker at "V" is completely gone and of cause none of the rest markers or hands glow anymore. What is your opinion? Is there any chance of restoring the dial and hands or should i buy a new one? Are they still available?

Don't think you will find a new dial. It looks good and I like it and would wear it just like it is. Do you really need to read the time in the dark?

The truth is that i also like this dial very much! After all it's my first! But you know.. I'd like at least to have all the markers in place! Anyhow, i think i'll look around in case there is anything available and if not i'll keep it. Thanks for the replies!

Oh yeah, you should be able to find a nice DJ 1603 very easily. Don't refinish this one. Leave it all original. A refinished Rolex dial is a crime scene.

Don't think Rolex has offered this dial or hands in the last 20 years.
