Great pick up and congrats

On a side note, and strictly my opinion, I can't believe you would pick the Daytona over the Datogaph? Again, just my opinion and I realize this is a Rolex forum.

Yes I did! For two reasons:
1- the price fir Datigraph was huge! The price is important when chisosing a watch. :)
2- leather band? I wouldt have give it too much wtist time. I would have admired it, wipe the crystal and placed back in its box, as i did eith similar watches.

But i would have chisen the Nautilus, if the price diference would have been lower.

If price wouldn metter i would chose TO WEAR in this order:
Nautilus
Daytona
Datograph

I had as my watch prior to this: 2 JLC chrono watches, an VC overseas chrono, Breguet chrono, a lot of Omega (seamaster and soeedmaster), Ebel, and a few other i dont remember in the spot. Taking all my experience with chronos and taking all the things (including price) that metters for me, yes, the Daytona is over Datograph and the only watch at the moment that could beat it is Nautilus. But... Who knows what Basel 2013 would bring for Daytona?
:)
