Maybe I'm wrong, but I've been looking at these and really wanting one for months. something about the dial doesn't look right to me.

Any thoughts?

It looks okay to me. Might even be able to get a good price for it.

Looks like rust under crysal, at outer edge, from 3:00 to 6:00.

May be pic or lighting.
