I like raw salmon too, but this one is best served warm. It's cooked in pockets of foil in the owen. So it saves its juices.

I took my younger sone (28) to an Indian restaurant last night. We had lamb something-or-other and sordid side dishes. Quite tasty. I brought a bit home for the cats but they deferred to their cat food.

Well, my dish is a tad anemic... Eva's is more colorful, but I have an agreement with the rabbits.... I don't eat their salad, and they don't eat my meat!
