New Strap for the 5513

Hey guys - Just picked up my 5513 but had the idea from the beginning to get it on a strap. After looking at some great examples here on the forum, I hooked up with Everest and got the Phoenix strap in Admiral Grey.

I think it looks great!

Ordered Tuesday, on my wrist today! Awesome!
Oh, and I got it via www.luxwatchstraps.com

What do you think?

Looks fantastic! What year is that beauty?

Congrats on the new strap! Not going to lie, a 5513 looks best on a NATO! So classic and vintage looking.

Thanks Drockadam

Serial places it in the '86-'87 vintage.
Such an awesome watch, I love it!

Nice! I'm a big fan of nato straps for vintage watches and this combination is great!

Which crystal is that?

That looks fantastic! I have the strap, now I just need to get the 5513 to go with it.

I'm still educating myself, can you tell me which crystal is on your watch?

Thanks,

Dave

Icon10 Lux....YEAH!

Just got some Phoenix straps from Lux myself....They look great and the transaction was flawless. 'Phoenix' is laser-engraved onto the buckle (tiny) and the material is so authentic. Got one each grey, black and 'Bond'.

Thanks for the compliments on LUX! We are trying hard to find great Rolex mod parts for you (We have more cool stuff coming). The real compliment though goes to that flawless 5513. Looks like you just took it out of the box for the first time...wow nice crystal! I have to agree with DROCKADAM - the 5513 looks like it was made for a Nato.
