I have a 45.5 Orange PO on Steel. I'm looking to buy authentic OMEGA rubber strap as well as black bezel insert. Do you guys have any suggestions as the best place to purchase these online?

I would call Omega Directly on those. 800-766-6342. The best they're going to be able to do is refer you to a local AD. In my experience the grey marketers can't really get the loose parts.
