Air King from 1985

I was enjoying a tasty beverage at one of my places today when I noticed the watch band this older gentleman was wearing. I asked him if it was a Rolex and he said yes. It was his only Rolex which he bought brand new in 1985 for a great deal of $400. Since I'm not familiar with the Air King, what would this be worth today? According to him he has worn it religiously and never had it serviced yet...amazing. See the pic.

Love my AK I was worried it would wear too small at first, but it's become a staple

I paid $1600 for my 5500 serviced a year ago. A blue dial that is intact on the 5500 is excellent. The blue paint reacted with the tritium over the years and flaked off around the plots. One sees many dials like this on the AK.
