Pulled it, it went BOOM!

After years of coveting the brand, I finally treated myself. After ONLY be interested in a TT Bluesey, Lately I have been eyeing the New Explorer II. Love the way the Black Dial with orange hand looks. Went to the AD today and pulled the trigger, couldn't have been more excited. Now if I new how to upload photo's I would put one up.

IDK if it is just me or not, but I found it damn hard to figure out how to adjust the time and 24hr hand, sale person had no clue either, luckily another salesperson was able to, but I still wasn't sure how he exactly went about doing it. I have, which I wanted the 24hr hand on my current time zone, so if it is 9pm hand is at 2100.

Anyone have any quick suggestions/links/tips for learning this? Booklet isn't the easiest to follow.

Thanks

On my GMT 16710 I set the 24 hour hand first (using the minute hand), then you can dial in the local hour hand one click at a time.

Or you could just read the instructions... BTW ant AD rep worth their salt would already know this and be able to answer any other questions you might have.

Congrats on a huge winner!!!

Pull the crown out to stop, hack, the movement. Set the GMT hand and the minute hand to their desired time. Once happy push in crown just one click to start the movement and now set the quick set hour hand to the correct date and correct hour (local time) and then push crown in fully and screw back onto the case.

Congrats on the 216570. I set mine either with the 24 hour hand set to my local time or to GMT plus one as I have a very good friend in Oslo.
