Can the fixed lug come off on a 116515?

Does anyone know if the fixed lug can come off on a 116515 Ceramic Rose Gold Daytona?

I can see behind the strap there is another spring bar that looks like it is holding the lug in place but I always thought that you could not remove it because they did not want you to put a bracelet on it instead.

It will seperate from the case....
However, it is seated to the case differently, and the only way to remove it is to remove the bezel..
Unless you have the tools and know how, I suggest against trying....
Also, the removable end link from a steel/or gold oyster band will not fit if you are thinking of changing to a bracelet instead of a strap....

Thanks Rob,

That's what I figured but I was at the AD earlier and the girl was telling me it for sure does not come off . I tried to show her the part I was talking about but she did not understand.
