Rare Rolex ?

Just picked up this #1601 Datejust with 2 million serial (dates to 1967)
check out the dial, how rare does it make this? Value?

i'm no expert but i would say its definitely not a common dial...first time i've ever seen it...

It will add little or no value to the watch in fact could take a little value off,and the DJ is not the most collectible Rolex on the block.And watches condition looks quite poor so value wise not a lot especially if its a head only $600-$800 on a good day..

If you polish it up and replace the crystal it would be mint, but I'm not touching it.
Functions all work perfectly

Might be worth more to a Falstaff Beer memorabilia collector.. I personally dislike watches with logos and brandings of companies I never worked for not will

TRF isn't really a valuation site.

IMHO, the crystal is likely an aftermarket judging by the dodgy cyclops magnification of the date. The linen dial was silkscreened by someone for the Falstaff logo - not a Rolex method there. And once you get it apart, I believe the logo is askew a mm to one side.

These things don't help it as it sits today...

Both could easily be from the camera angle.
