I dropped my SMP off at an AD in Ft. Worth on January 4 to send in for service. I got my estimate in late January, but still no watch. It's been 3 months. Is this normal?

have you actually asked them where it is? 6 weeks is the norm, not months

I dropped my Sub off at a Rolex AD Dec 21. I just got it back last Friday.

To be fair, when I dropped it off, RSC was closed for the holidays and my watch didn't actually go out until Jan7. It does take a while sometimes but it will eventually get done. Hopefully you have other watches to wear.
