Been eating restaurant food now for two weeks. Not that that's bad, but nothing beats a bit of simple home cooking.

Tried pizza right on the grill for the first time. Turned out great, the taste was amazing. I don't think I will ever make on a stone in the oven again.

I am doing dinner tonight. I've prepared Lingonberry Chicken with Stone Ground Mustard Pan Sauce, chicken-seasoned rice and sweet steamed carrots. All ready to watch some great hockey from Chicago.
