I would love to add the platinum Schumi to the collection someday, but not in the near future.

Interesting. Would you say lighter than SS?

Seems like it, but I don't have an AP ROO in SS to compare it to!

I actually gave up my place for another purchase I was on the list for this fall to buy these, because I realized I didn't like the look of the piece and was only buying it because it was a LE of 200 pieces. I loves these Schumis though. They are much more fun and interesting to me.

I do have one other major purchase coming this summer, and then I am done for awhile...

I will have to take them both out of the bank security box on the same day some time! Maybe tomorrow I will bring the RG one home and do a shoot with both watches. I'm curious to see them in the same lighting and same angles as well. They are both amazing pieces. Very modern looking and the finish on both pieces is superb....

I am contemplating selling a couple of pieces. I have so many watches now, and I definitely don't wear all of them. Perhaps some of the more common pieces.

The Glashutte I never wear. At the least I may try to sell that piece, though it is not going to bring in much cash, lol. Someone else might as well enjoy it; it is definitely a beautiful piece, and an excellent value.

NICE!!!!!!!! The Ti and RG make a great Schumi combo with the Trulli backing them up. Congrats. Please post as many pics as possible. I really wasnt a fan of the Schumi's until I saw your pics.

After looking at the live Ti pics, I actually think it looks better than the Gold version. Looks really great in sunlight and very photogenic.

Congrats on your purchase! So are we expecting another incoming by tomorrow?

Wow! You are on a roll!!!! Congratulations.

Now seeing both pieces from so many angles and in so many different lights (big thanks for that, btw), I can see why you wanted to get both. Two great flavors of an intensely modern, cool and sophisticated reference.

I spent somewhere around two hours (or so it seemed) going back and forth between them. I was upset thinking that I was only going to have one of the pair; they were both so gorgeous. I called later that day to have the other one put aside, and finalized my decision on Monday late morning...
