A bracelet adjustment at an AD should be free of charge. $45 is ridiculous.

Go to an AD, they'll do it for you right there and it will cost you nothing.

I agree, and AD would probably do it for free or at the most for a lot cheaper than $45.00.

All you need is a screw driver with a 1.4mm or 1.6mm blade its very simple to adjust yourself and a toothpick or pin to adjust spring-bar in clasp.

It's awful isn't it? I have the same feeling about my AD (Mayor's). I feel like after going in there, I need to take a shower and wash the snake oil off of my body.

I think I would go in there and ask them again how much they'd charge me to adjust my bracelet just so I could have the satisfaction of telling them to their faces that they're out of their minds and I will never do business with them again simply because they want to rape me on something so ridiculously simple and quick as making a bracelet adjustment.

As much as I can't stand my AD, they will do bracelet adjustments free of charge, and give a cappuccino to the customer while he/she waits.
