16803 Sub not winding or working
Hi, I just picked up a 16803 sub that is not working (does not tick at all), it cannot be wound, and I can adjust the time even though the watch does not work but I cannot change the date using the quickset feature. Any ideas what could be wrong and the the damage $$$$ will be when I take it into my watchmaker or Rolex to be fixed. Thanks!

It was factored into the price as the watch was sold "as is".
