372 too big - who worries?

Look at this. Ok not a great picture, but who can say it looks too big ... 372 on 6.5" wrist is just fine ... No worries.

I've said it before too. All these close up wrist shots can make the watch look big also. A little perspective makes it look more like people see it.

Also, a thick watch needs a thick strap. This is more important for those with a smaller wrist IMHO. These are only my opinions...you get what you pay for.

Looks a little big with wrist shot...

A little perspective...

Btw, this is not my 372. It's a friends, but I'm considering getting one for my next watch.

Mik--Looks great on you so go for it!! One of my personal favorite of modern Panerai and a great tribute to the past IMHO!

Mik - good point about a thick strap for a smaller wrist. Today I'm wearing a nice and beefy strap and I almost feel like my 44 Luminor is too small.

Maybe 47 is okay for me after all?

You're right about perspective. The first shot of just your wrist makes the watch look huge. The shot with your torso makes it look perfect for you! You should get one!

As long as the lugs don't hang over your wrist bone, you're golden!

There are lots of guys with skinny wrists around here....

Perhaps you need to exercise them more on an evening

That's why we wear big watches ... Gives a good work-out at least on the life side

This is exactly why I'm considering picking one up.

Thanks Phil. Other than smelling smoke all the time (indoors as well), we're good.

I been "exercising" my wrists since about age 12. They don't get bigger!

Not good for me either. If funds become available, a 372 will displace my beloved 000.
