No deployment clasp on a sub band???

Hey all, my friend asked me to look at his sub the other day and the bracelet was a 93250... There was no delyoment clasp is that correct/authentic? Why would rolex drop the deployment clasp?

If you are referring to the diving extension it looks like it is there.
