Extra cash for a 5513 vs 14060 tri dial?

Is it worth putting a couple of hundred Gbp and getting a 1979 5513 ? Condition wise the 14060 is better (its 18 yrs younger)... :-S

Well that depends what you intend to do with the watch good 5513 are getting harder to fine and should hold there prices well. But its possible that early 14060 could become the 5513 of the future, now if you want the watch for daily wear depending on if properly serviced both would be fine. So its swings and runabouts, if no service history on the watches I would go with the 14060 .

Either would be great, but I would prefer the 5513. Remember........ Plexi is sexy

+1.

The bezel is also much flatter and doesn't make the watch look as clunky.
