Self-sizing my new style Jubilee, advice? Is this the correct method?
I found myself wanting to remove a link from my new style jubilee bracelet, I assume this is perfectly okay for me to do it myself, and I know I will be a lot more careful than a local jeweler. It won't void the warranty or anything right? The video I watched said to re coat the threads with blue loctite, is this the best way to go about it? The video showed the screw being washed to remove the original dried threadlocker. Does any care have to be taken to remove the dried threadlocker from inside of the bracelet link's female threads within the pin tube? Thanks guys!

Simple process shouldn't take more than a few minutes. If its you first time removing a link I suggest you put tape around so you don't scratch up the links. Make sure the band is secure so it doesn't slip. Use the correct tools, I recommend Bergeron screwdrivers the dollar store ones are crap.
He is a tutorial https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=44158 Good luck. Zak |

PURPLE loctite (the low strength is recommended).
