ROO strap compatibility?

Is it true that the diver and the 42mm ROO can share straps? What about the 44mm?

If so, besides the rubber strap that comes with the diver, what other straps are available in tang buckle that would fit the diver or 42mm?

Reason why I ask is because I like the 42mm versions too but hate the deployant buckle, interested in knowing what the options for tang buckles are if I went with a 42mm.

Yes, that's true. 42mm ROO's and Divers can share the same straps.

The new 44mm ROO case case cannot use those straps unfortunately.

Besides the diver strap, the only other tang buckle strap I have used on my ROO's is the strap off the Survivor (also rubber).

AP's deployant clasp is obviously one of the worst. No argument there. AP bands also makes a wider 24mm buckle option for the 42mm ROO's but is proprietary to their own (terrible looking) buckle and I'll be truthful, the strap isn't worth 2 shinny nickels let alone $200+...

AP Bands also make a 18mm buckle that you can use with all the standard deployant clasp straps.

Hope to see you pick up an AP soon buddy :)
