Opinion for a first time AP buyer

Hey guys,

In the upcoming couple of months I have decided that I am going to buy myself a royal oak. I am torn between a two models.

The 41 MM Rose gold Chronograph on a bracelet or the 42 MM Rose Gold rubberclad. The salesperson at the boutique in NYC told me that they are going to be updating the ROO 42 mm for 2014 (In house movement to replace JLC specifically on that watch). I am unsure if they are going to do anything aesthetically.

Which would you go for first?

I'd get the ROC on bracelet. Nothing like an all gold watch.

Out of those two choices RG ROC 41mm, especially with 42mm update coming.

That will be an amazing incoming. That's a solid watch in RG.

The RC in RG will only be updated with the 3126Cal no other difference.

Also this one would be my pick.

I would go for the RGRC especially when they update the movement.

RG ROC is a beauty - are you thinking white or black dial? The bracelet is stunning but real heavy so Im going for the leather strap.
