It certainly LOOKS like an authentic EXPY II. You would need to take it to an experienced watchmaker or jeweler to have the movement looked over, though. This one looks nice.

Not a good point and I would never "evaluate" a watch without a proper link.

I understand people doing this. The best would be to either paste the pics here or save them to your hard drive and host them on another site, then post them here if you are worried about someone else taking it. I think this watch was a good deal and it looked genuine. Still it is Eprey

You sure are an antagonistic individual. Most of your posts are ones that dispute or criticize what someone else has already said. I'd be willing to bet that your stay here is a short one.

He came across as one who would do just that, my posts may disagree with some and may rub you the wrong way but that does not make them wrong. I think you maybe right the VRF is not as uppity as some of you here. Crap stinks no matter who it comes from.

A pretty ignorant and rude statement.

I can understand the OPs point of view
But at the same time I don't think you'd have to worry about anyone posting their advice like MonBK stealing your find

I like to think some of us if not most of TRF have much more class

And I know for a fact MonBK does as I've posted many things here to which he has chimed in. Full links and all. Great deals that I've bought thanks to the gents here

I too would like to think that most would have more class, but the reality is when it comes to collectables or collectable watches it is a dog eat dog world. I have lost things to really devious collectors so I may be a little jaded when it comes to giving out the source of a deal. No one is above temptation if the deal is just to good to pass on is all I was trying to get across.

I do not know MonBK or his integrity, the post came across as suspect to me the way it was written and if I took his post the wrong I apologize to him/her and anyone else it may have offended.

Just because I think the fake Rolex clocks look cool or it is OK to put an aftermarket part on a watch if a person chooses to do that to their watch as long as they don't try to pass it off as original does not make me antagonistic. It is just another opinon which we are all entitled to.

As for how long I will be here who knows. Since registering I have been accused almost instantly of being a scammer because I disagreed with a poster. I have been accused of being a shill for the guy in Florida who photo shopped his building etc. and you say I'm an antagonistic individual and criticize others. I think you are right about being short lived here as I'm just about done with your clique.

Looked at your posts and don't see where you were accused of being a scammer or being a shill etc. Seems to me like you are just an unfriendly guy who likes to stir it up. If we are so uppity here feel free to hit the road. As for your comments towards MonBk also unwarranted.

From the pics I say it looks good.

No comments necessary on Jake2012 - I think it has been addressed.

Then you don't know Mon.

He might steal your drink, but undermining someone else's watch purchase? No way.

To the OP, looks legit to me but Im not an expert on these references.

I did and this was your third post on the forum:

" I'm not saying I condone it, all I am saying is calling a person a scammer (thecnically a theif) is not wise in a public forum as their could be reprocussions as the VRF has found out the hard way. "

Looks like the above applies to everyone else but not you.

I did and still don't see it but I do again stand by my comments about your attitude and unwarranted comments towards MonBk!

Thus lies the great hypocrisy: Do as I say not as I do...
