I was fooled by most of these.

I'm a clock guy and I repair pocket watches now. I never see Rolex watches but as I am now interested in getting a sub with date AND after two e-bay auctions I was watching were cancelled by e-bay I am very worried.

Money is tight so if I can pick up a real rolex sub for $3600 on e-bay I would be happy. Prices are higher here and WUS. But if e-bay is too risky i'll stay away.

It would be nice to know what the "tells" are for most of these fakes.

You have a computer; compare this fake to one at Rolexdotcom or here in the classified section. You can see the differences yourself.

I'm trying...
The spacing of the letter A in submariner seems wide. The picture is blurry so I can't make out any other differences with subs for sale (I'm only working on the front pic).
Did I get that one correct?
Hint on others?
