Tudor SS 9101/0 Watch
I'm not sure if a 30 y/o quite constitutes a vintage timepiece.
Considering this one for about $700. Any thoughts on precautions and value? Original owner is a retiree near where I live. Here are some photos. If this belongs in a different section please feel free to move it. Thanks for your help. -Lee |

I think those may be quite valuable someday, they were not popular at all. Until recently, they were in the $350-$450 range. If you love the look, go for it. I bought my first Monaco (original) for $450, two years later they were over $3000. I'm NOT a genius or psychic, I bought what I liked, assuming I'd be stuck with it for life. When you buy any vintage piece that doesn't trade regularly on these boards, assume you'll have it for life.

Thanks for the feedback; I could use some more advice on purchasing or not.

Tudor is making a comeback but I would buy a Tudor sub. You can actually find a Rolex Day Date for under $1,000.
