Advice - Buy or not

Looking to buy a used explorer II

Been stalking ebay for a few months looking for one - been outbid on a few
This one recently came onto to ebay

So Rolex experts out there - is it worth the 4200 ask price?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/300982345043...9#ht_82wt_1141

sorry if wrong forum - new here

thanks
