Removing links
When removing a link from a Rolex bracelet (Daytona and GMT), do I need to use anything else, like loctite, etc? Or just screw everything back in?

QC, use the low-strength Loctite like 221 or 222, so you can remove the screw later if need be.

I'd put a little loctite.

I use nothing when re-sizing my bracelets. Are you sure WD-40 is a good idea? Would that promote the screws to come out easier (after being) screwed back in?
Or do you use this to get the screw out, then clean, then screw in with loctite? |

In a pinch you can use a dab of clear nail polish (easily removed with acetone).
