Bit by the Speedy bug...!

I have been back and forth on my next purchase for a long time now...I've been contemplating either a 16570 or Speedmaster Pro.

Considering a PN Daytona is my grail -- the Speedy with a panda dial mod down the road makes it an easy choice (either a Mitsukoshi or SE release - assuming it would even be possible to still find one of these dials).

I actually never tried a Speedy on until today (most likely I was subconsciously avoiding it assuming the consequences).

I headed down to an AD during lunch today and found it even better looking in person...

...what to do...what to do....

Bad timing Eric, Kringlily helped me sell my Mitsukoshi (Mod) speedy a few months ago.
I got rid of my daytonas. I had a ss polar which I traded in for a wg Panda which I traded for a DD.
My preference has evolved somewhat.. if I were to start over again, I would just get a speedmaster. My chrono grail is an exotic dial vintage daytona.

What to do? Simple - get a Speedy! Drop Kringkily a PM, he's the man when it comes to Speedmasters and he's right here in NYC.
