hi, the watch is altered somewhat and is a very old model, bezel is not original rolex, the band is not really correct for this watch, as you see it has lug holes and those are quite old models in gold, no lug holes started way before other model on presidents. It should have a different band that fits better (swiss hollw oval link) although the replacement due to stretch is not unusual. Those papers hmmm, i do not trust them, totally blank, which can occur but should be written on then .. The watch is no doubt somewhat authentic, the case is, band is although the wrong one for this watch. Cannot see the movement ? Polishing is not that expensive, although ask if there are big dents as those will not polish out and require gold filling at extra cost, polish is around 100-150 dollars.
