Between those 2 I'd go with the black.

I have the 116233 with champagne dial and it is very hard to read the time and date in some indoor lighting. If I had it to do over again I would get the white dial with roman numerals. Between the two you mention I would get the black dial.

Champagne dial. You have a black one and if you get the BLNR later your covered.

From my avatar you can see which way I went...........

No one ever bought a Champagne Dial for legibility, but really I can say I have NEVER had any problem reading the time in any sort of lighting except near-pitch dark when the lume wasn't charged.

The black is striking but frankly nothing about it sets it apart from a Bulova or Seiko with very similar casing and colors.

No one does Champagne like Rolex. And they change 'personality' in different lighting. You can stare all day at champagne dial, you stare all day at the bezel and bracelet when you go black.

Now get what sings to your heart and post pix ! Good luck.

PS - I would never gotten my champagne if the color resembled what my computer monitor is showing me for the one in your picture, that's for sure! That color as showing is not appealing like it is in real life.

I like the black dial better; however, you already have a black dial. So I would go champagne. The good news for you is that you are only debating what dial to get and not a completely different watch. You can always change the dial if you want something different in the future.
