There has to be a better way

I am trying to once again as I always do test the accuracy of my watch... I have been switching btw timeis.com and time.gov. Not sure which is better... I seem to like timeis.com better due to the fact that it says how fast or slow the clock is running. However what I have seemed to realize is that this may not be accurate. While resetting from 00 again I figured I would open up the computer to compare the iPhone and computer. On my phone it read my time was exact however on the computer it was saying the clock was -1.3. However they were dead on when compared side by side... With this it kind of gives me less confidence now when trying to figure out what my watch is running at since I always compensated with my calculation given what the clock was running at. To make matters worse i haven't been happy with the accuracy of my piece, which this now adding to it. Any better ways... Tried the quarts route as well as using a digital watch, never got great results with this either.

Just select one (time.gov is the one I have used). It's all relative and will set your baseline to check accuracy. The important part is not to switch /intermix timing sources. Good luck...

Don't use your computer or your cell phone to gauge the accuracy of your watch. These devices are not reliable. Use time.gov or time.is and you will get a very good idea of the accuracy of your watch.

Thanks but I'm NOT using my watches clock. Just using the Internet on it for time websites.

You need a timegrapher.
