1-800 Flowers
Words cannot express how frustrated I am with this company. Well, actually I probably could, but it would end up NWS. The best part is how 49 times out of 50, they don't put you on hold (it just "says lines are fool sucker!" and hangs up), no matter what hour it is.

Damn... sorry to hear that mate!
I ordered from them on Monday, and they were delivered at 13:47 on Valentine's day. Why in the world they FedEx'd them from MA to TX I have no idea... but they were (according to a very happy recipient) beautiful and fresh. (although some assembly was required lol)

Well here's my current situation. I ordered some roses for my friend in LA. They arrived on time (great!), but I heard they didn't look very fresh. Should be a simple fix, right? Unfortunately, their phone lines were extremely tied up at around 4PM. If I selected the option to speak to a customer rep, it would simply hang up on me (repeatedly). After about 60 tries, I did get through, and the nice lady on the other end said she wasn't allowed to send a refund, but would gladly resend a replacement order at no charge. Unfortunately, I just received an invoice, and for some reason I'm *paying* for the replacements, and the kicker is, I'm paying more than I originally paid for the first set! I give up on calling anymore (gave about 100 more rings....still busy even at 9/10/11PM 12AM PST). Chargeback time.

Try pajamagram instead. The ladies love jammies. Flowers die.

Thumbs up on pajamagram.com. I've never dealt with a more pleasant company. I ordered from them and the package came very quickly. It was wrapped nicely in "feminine" box with some nice accessories and details. I purchased the wrong size and called them up. The rep told me they would send a shipping label and it would cover the cost of shipping so I would NOT have to pay to ship it back (even though the size error was my fault). Additionally, she said they would ship out the correct size at NO additional charge and they would send it PRIOR to receiving the one I had in my possession.
Most companies would make the customer pay for the return of the item, AND charge shipping for the replacement item, and would not send the replacement until the original product was back in their hands. So dealing with pajamagram.com was a definite pleasure and I would highly recommend them. |

I'm taking a look at the site right now. XSmall is for dress sizes 2-4...do you think it would also fit thinner girls? Not sure how much elastic is in these things.

Pajamagram sounds like a nice thought but isn't the intent to get her OUT of clothing for bed?

I send wine. Then I go over and help them drink the wine. Then no pajamas are required!
It's a win for everyone. |

Thinner than size 2-4? That's one tiny woman you're buying for! Drawstring waists are always nice.... more adjustable....

I didn't exactly purchase "pajamas". They do sell some sexier apparel, and sometimes a little spice is nice. I'm not sure about your female companion, but my wife works hard to stay in great shape and appreciates the fact that I still think she looks great in a slinky little piece of lingerie.
Yeah, I guess it is a little expensive considering that IDEALLY it's only on for a very short time ![]() |

1800 Flowers contacted me and finally "fixed" the situation by sending two additional sets of flowers (clerical error on their part, not sure why they sent two), but not before they sent replacements to the wrong address, another set to the right address but wrong name, and I even got a phone call from the local florist who got lost trying to find the place. Gotta love confused companies.
And I still hate their phone system.
