Hi guys, found this in my granddad's things, what can you tell me about this watch?

Great find.. It's a 34mm Oyster Perpetual from the 1950's and appears to be in good shape.. clean it up and wear it..
Take the bracelet off and get the serial and model numbers off the side of the case and we can tell you a lot more..

take it to a watchmaker straight away. i wouldn't mess with the crown/winding at all until you can get someone with eyes on it.
