Thoughts on late 60's 5513

Hi guys - I'm new to vintage and looking to find a decent 5513. As a vintage newbie, would appreciate any thoughts on this dial.

Thanks!

Thanks, that was my gut feeling... It doesn't quite look right, but I'm not sure why. What's "off" with this one?

Well, while not a big deal in itself, the bezel insert is aftermarket/fake, and although it may only be the insert, it says a lot about the seller, and what else may potentially be 'not quite right.' I'd just move on, but that's only my personal feeling on it.

The lugs look a little disproportionate when comparing the left side to the right side. I always consider the price as a major factor in the purchase based on the condition and service history, originality and accessories included with the purchase. The price should reflect these factors.

As Vincent noted, the insert is aftermarket, but I wouldn't begrudge a seller for selling a watch with an aftermarket insert. Most sellers have no clue whether the insert is a factory insert or aftermarket - except for some here on the forum who are a definite minority in the world of collecting.
