Here’s an absolutely stunning Baume et Mercier Capeland Automatic Chronograph in an overall super easy TZ 95% condition (Ref. # BMMOA 10004). Watch looks as-new, as it has been worn about ten times since being purchased brand new by me in August 2012 from a reputable online source. This model features the harder-to-find and truly stunning copper dial. The pictures accurately portray the condition of the watch; please look at the pictures closely before asking any questions.

Polished and brushed 42mm all stainless steel case with large signed crown (45.6mm crown inclusive). 20mm lugs, case thickness is 15.3mm. Caseback held in place by six small screws, fully polished and signed with the Capeland name. *Please note*, there are two very slight fine hairlines on the caseback, the watch was received like this when it was purchased. They do not detract in any way from the watch and are quite minor, but I wanted to call them out just to be safe.

Domed sapphire crystal. Stunning copper dial. Luminous silver hour and minute hands and small lume dots at each quarter hour. Lume quality (green) is good. Slightly inset subdials and red-tipped chronograph seconds hand.

Watch is rated at 50 meters of water resistance (not guaranteed by me).

Swiss Made Valjoux 7753 automatic movement has 27 jewels and runs at 28,800 bph. Hacks and manually winds. Quickset date at 4:30 with flush pushbutton corrector on left side of case at 10 position (see photo). Watch keeps good time. Full power reserve. All chronograph functions start, run, stop and reset properly.

Beautiful textured grain dark brown leather strap with contrast stitch. Signed polished machined butterfly style deployant. Strap measures 20mm at the lugs and tapers to about 17.7mm at the clasp.

Watch is sold as-is with no warranty. Includes very nice inner and outer presentation boxes and instruction book. Watch is in the U.S.
