We have the same aesthetic....
I also appreciate simple iconic pieces... I have 14060M, PAM 176 (brushed Ti cousin of 112), recently got a TTR 1931 (non-US, but still love it) Congrats and enjoy in good health! |

Well for the strap obsession you heard about it's not just a rumor, unfortunately for the finances of many of us here it's very very real, here's the text of a new thread that I just posted:
Thought I had finally put an end to the strap madness, but… Yesterday I ordered a Mauser from Micah, and 3 Kodiak waterproof straps from tcstraps, I have to say that Elliot from Tcstraps which is on this forum is a great guy to do business with, in all It'll be 9 straps that I got from him, in the straps that I ordered yesterday, all the straps except one come with a sewn in pre V buckle in size 22mm, and 1 in 24mm (a Kodiak, the Mauser comes, at my request, with a 22mm buckle), the 24 is ok for my 233, but they just seem too big for my 28 and 82, the 22mm seem more appropriate, that's mainly the reason why I'm giving away my Pre V by MP with a PVD buckle, see my thread about the Mario Paci being given free of charge, still haven't got someone who needs/wants one so the first person who wants it gets it, the buckle just seems too big for the watch. So waiting impatiently for my 4 straps to arrive, not very soon since the Mauser and 1 of the 3 Kodiaks are custom made and need about 15 days to be made and shipped, but will be sure to put pics of them on my pams when I get them. For those of you who have Mauser straps would like to see some pics, as each one is unique, since as they say; "one pouch, one strap" For my Mauser I chose from a pouch which is rather "light" brown than very dark as most of them are, especially that the cream that Micah includes with them for leather care, makes them darker. So please guys show us your Favorite Pams with your Mausers |

I am so excited for my Z-Matten by Micah coming hopefully soon :) Pics when arrives, also I've noticed, which is going to kill me as a perfectionist, how much of a scratch magnet this watch is haha. What do you guys do to remedy... just wear and live with the scratches or cape cod cloth every once and awhile?

I don't know, on a PAM, hairline scratches look good to me. Like the watch has been lived in a bit.

Ya I can see that. I guess it will probably go better with the ammo strap when that comes too Loving the watch thought!
