No, this is from the factory...the last and final production models of the Tudor Subs in all sizes...full 40mm, mid 35mm, mini 32mm and lady at 26mm were all fitted with the polished bezels rather than the more familiar black or blue or in the case of the lady and mini, two toned gold.
